We use your details to arrange your quote. Your enquiry is passed to the independent specialist cleaning provider covering your area so they can contact you and prepare the quote. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else.
How it is processed
Quote requests are received by our own system hosted on Cloudflare and emailed to us and to the provider using an email delivery service. Calls to our number are handled by our telephone provider and diverted to the specialist provider; we keep a log of calls so enquiries are not missed.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting work, and for our business records.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing info@hertfordshirecanopycleaning.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
